Sue Brenner, PMP, PCC

Sue Brenner, Principal of Action Symphony, is the author of The Naked Desk. She is certified both as a Professional Coach (PCC) and as a Project Management Professional (PMP). Sue combines a background in consulting, coaching and project management and is a regular facilitator of both training and team building programs. Her clients include CEOs, executives, managers, sales associates and engineers. Sue has designed and led corporate coaching and training programs for Nuance, The City of San Jose, Bennet Bigelow & Leedom Law Firm, Leadership Mountain View and others. On the one-on-one, personal coaching side, Sue has coached people from companies such as AMEX, Exponent International, IBM, Seagate, ST Microelectronics and Symantec.

Sue collaborates with the best in the coaching and training industries to deliver quality results to you and your team. Her enthusiasm and expertise inspire leadership development, time management, simple organization, improved communication, better work performance and more satisfying work-life balance. She thrives on working with high-achieving business professionals, from engineers to senior management, who want success at work without completely sacrificing their personal lives.

Prior to launching Action Symphony, Sue held the positions of Experiential Learning Manager at Catalyst Consulting Team and Seminar Leader/Consultant at Cadence Management in Silicon Valley, California. At Cadence, Sue worked with companies such as Roche, Verizon, Novellus, AMD, Logitech, Plantronics, Seagate and PG&E. She has had the privilege of working and training with some of the best leaders in the management consulting and project management industries.

Sue offers dynamic books, coaching programs and training to dramatically increase productivity, effectiveness and fulfillment on the job, which leads to greater employee retention, high-performance teams and career advancement. Her approach leads individuals and groups to access their personal best by building on their strengths and improving on weaknesses. As a result, her clients regain lost hours in the week, a stronger ease with communication at all levels, less stress, a greater ability to get important things done on time, more focus, greater confidence, more balance and energy and an ability to reach goals faster. Sue invites clients to go beyond what they’ve tried in the past so that they stretch themselves to new levels of success.

Sue’s undergraduate work consists of a BA in Psychology (with Honors) with a Writing Emphasis from University of California at Santa Cruz, and a Graduate Certificate in Theatre Arts. A published author, Sue holds ‘Expert Author Status’ at ezinearticles.com and regularly contributes to unclutterer.com. She is also involved in professional organizations such as Monterey Bay Consultants and Silicon Valley Coach Federation and delivers keynote speeches to public and private organizations. Sue enjoys the Central California life and always has a beautiful place to come home to.
