Sue Brenner, PMP, PCC
Sue Brenner, founder and CEO of Action Symphony, is certified
through The Coaches Training Institute and is recognized as a Professional
Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation.
She also holds a Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
through the Project Management Institute. Sue combines a background
in consulting, coaching, and project management with extensive experience
in training, facilitation and team building, which enables her to
work with diverse individuals across various industries. Her clients
include CEOs, executives, managers, leaders, sales associates, engineers,
coaches, doctors and entrepreneurs, and companies such as The AdWorks, Deloitte & Touche, ST Microelectronics,
Oracle, and Hewlett-Packard. Sue’s
commitment, enthusiasm and expertise inspire results in business
and balance in life. She specializes in working with leaders who
are ready to take the next step in their business, career, relationships
or life satisfaction.
Prior
to developing Action Symphony, Sue held the positions of Experiential
Learning Manager at Catalyst Consulting Team and Seminar Leader/Consultant
at Cadence Management in Silicon Valley, California. At Cadence,
Sue worked with companies such as Roche, Verizon, Novellus, AMD,
Logitech, Plantronics, Seagate, and PG&E. She has had the privilege
of working with and gaining training from some of the best leaders
in the management consulting and project management industries.
In
addition to her seasoned business background, Sue is an expression
of fun, focus and vitality, inviting aliveness en route toward greater
success. She delights in designing compelling practices that make
intended future outcomes a reality. Sue offers dynamic tools to
dramatically increase learning, effectiveness and fulfillment on
the job, and her approach empowers individuals and groups to access
their personal best. As a result, her clients experience stronger
communication skills, less stress, greater productivity, more focus,
renewed balance between work and personal life, and an ability to
reach goals faster. Sue’s standard of excellence requires
her clients to go beyond what they’ve tried in the past both
for business and in life.
Sue’s
undergraduate work consists of a BA in Psychology (with Honors)
with a Writing Emphasis from University of California at Santa Cruz,
and a Graduate Certificate in Theatre Arts. A published writer whose
work can be seen locally at Silicon Valley Companies and electronically
across the globe, she is also active in professional organizations
and regularly delivers both public and private speeches. Recent
public speaking engagements include Negotiate Your Way to Better
Results at Work for the Project Management Institute, Bay Area Chapter,
and coaching workshops for the International Coaching Federation,
Monterey, California, and the Bay Area Coaches Conference. In her
free time, Sue enjoys reading, writing, and walking on the beach
with her husband and daughter.
